Return costs

The costs related to returns are borne by the customer.

Conditions for return and refund

After the date of receipt of the order, you may, within 15 (fifteen) days, return it and receive a refund. The value of the order will be returned using the same method used when paying for it.

Returns must comply with the following requirements:

• Only returns of items that are in the same condition in which they were sent will be accepted, no signs of any trace of use ;
• In addition to the returned item(s), you must also send the purchase invoice.
• BYMS will analyze the returned item(s) and inform the customer of their right to a refund. As a rule, and upon receipt of the item(s), BYMS will issue the refund within 7 working days.
