Did you ask for the wrong article or change your mind? 1. Within the first 2 hours you can cancel or exchange the items you have ordered. Please send us an email (info@byms-brand.com) or contact us through our social media platforms. 2. It was more than 2 hours, but less than 8 hours after placing your order, you can cancel it at no cost to you. 3. If more than 8 hours have passed after your order, we will not be able to cancel your order. However, once received, you can exchange or return it. 4. If you notice that you have entered a wrong address, please send us an email or contact us via social media as soon as possible.
Question How can I make a purchase?

1. Choose the items you want and the size that suits you and add them to your shopping basket. 2. Once you have chosen all the items you want, click on the shopping basket in the upper right corner and continue to ‘Checkout’. 3. Write your shipping details (full name and address). 4. Select the shipping method you want. 5. Select the payment method you want. We accept the following payment methods: With collection (Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain); Credit card; PayPal. 6. Click to ‘Checkout’ As soon as you make your purchase, you will see a confirmation message on your screen. You will also receive an email confirming your order and another one as soon as it leaves our warehouse. At the last email, you can reply to request your tracking number so that you can track the route of your order.
Question What if my order does not arrive within the stipulated deadlines?

Question How much does it cost to make an exchange?

Exchanges are free for Portugal, that is, the return of the order to us is free. If you are in another country, we do not make exchanges, only returns. Important note: If you decide to send an item back to us, either for exchange or return, without first contacting us, you will be 100% responsible for any costs.
